Refund policy

At joypopz.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility

a) The product can be returned or exchanged in the following case only:

A defective/damaged product has been received.

b) Please make a video while opening the packet/unboxing to ensure that  

b) Returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

3. Initiate a Return or Exchange

b) The customer must return the products to the following address at his own expense using a traceable delivery method, such as any courier company.

5. Refunds

a) Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the account number the customer will provide to our representative

b) Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

b) Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
